Who needs senior in home care services?

How much does the service cost?
Our service pricing is based on an hourly rate and is dependent on the type of assisted living services requested. ELDERCARE by design bills on a monthly basis depending on the assisted living services rendered. Please contact us to learn more about our rates.
Are your services covered by the Ontario Health Care system?
Unfortunately not, the Ontario Health Care system only covers nursing and personal support worker care when it is medically required. ELDERCARE by design’s goal is to partner with you and any home health care agency currently assisting you (such as CCAC, Care Partners or VON). The non-medical at home care services we deliver are meant to compliment your lifestyle and help you better manage your daily routine.
How long does it take for the at home care services to commence?
A Care Manager will meet with you for an initial support services consultation. After we fully understand the support services required in order to help you maintain an independent lifestyle at home, our Care Concierge will design your Personal Support Plan and commence with the support services immediately.
