At times you may need to make changes to your scheduled in-home health care services. We ask that you try to notify us at least 48 hours in advance to ensure we can notify our staff.

We help you make changes to your schedule after business hours through our After-Hours Care Line. We do our best to accommodate your needs and answer your questions.

Your Care Concierge

ELDERCARE by design’s Care Concierge is available to help you add, remove or change services on your personalized support plan.

We are also available to answer any inquiries you may have – whether you would like to try out a new service or if you need advice on connecting with a local professional. We want to be your full-service concierge and will always do our best to help you find the answer you are looking for!
