Our home care relationships begin with a formal meeting with you and a family member or friend (if you wish) and our Care Manager, to co-determine the non-medical support services needed to help you continue enjoying your own home. ELDERCARE by design provides a variety of at home services that make life easier – whether it be a ride to the grocery store, a friendly visit, or assistance in and around your home.
Every client is personally matched with the best suited ELDERCARE by design care team member(s) who is able to provide assisted living home care services customized for you. All our senior in-home care staff have been specially selected. They have completed extensive training and are insured and bonded.
